چکیده
Parapharyngodon ocalaensis n. sp. (Nematoda: Pharyngodonidae) from the large intestine of a sand skink Neoseps reynoldsi collected in Florida is described and illustrated. Parapharyngodon ocalaensis n. sp. represents the 31st species assigned to the genus and the third from the Nearctic Realm. It is distinguished from the other 2 North American species by the presence in the male of 3 pairs of caudal papillae and smooth cloacal lips.
